• Day 1: Arrival in Cochin

  • Arrive at Cochin International Airport or Railway Station.
  • Transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 2: Cochin to Trivandrum/Kovalam (270 kms)

  • After breakfast, drive to Trivandrum/Kovalam.
  • Check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Days 3 to 8: Kovalam - Rejuvenation Therapy (Rasayana Chikitsa)

  • Enjoy Ayurvedic activities, including:
    • Body massage with medicated oil and cream.

• Day 9: Trivandrum Airport Drop

DAY 2 - Kochi - Trivandrum / Kovalam :
After breakfast, drive to Trivandrum / Kovalam. On arrival check into the hotel and overnight stay.

DAY 3 - Kovalam :
Today enjoy the Ayurvedic activities.
Rejuvenation therapy: This treatment includes body massage with hand and foot by medicated oil and cream. It includes internal rejuvenate medicines and medicated steam bath which is good to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul for ideal health and longevity. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 - Kovalam :
Day free for Ayurvedic treatment. Overnight stay.

DAY 9 - Trivandrum airport :
Transfer Trivandrum airport for onward journey.
